How We Ship

Dolly & Co is a small family‑run business.
To keep everything safe and well packaged your order may arrive in more than one parcel if you have ordered from the Crafty Paws Club. Dolly & Co ships from the studio based in South Yorkshire, Crafted Paws Club ships from the studio based in Nottinghamshire.

Dolly & Co Items

All Dolly & Co products (collars, leads, accessories and gift boxes) are shipped directly from our studio based in South Yorkshire.
All items are carefully packaged using signature materials.

Crafted Paws Club Items

Items made by the Crafted Paws Club are shipped separately from their own studio based in Nottinghamshire.
These are posted in their own protective packaging.

If your order contains both Dolly & Co and Crafted Paws Club items, you’ll receive two tracking numbers.

Delivery Times

Most orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days however personalised items may be between 5-8 working days.
If your order contains items from both studios, they may arrive on different days.

Shipping Method

All parcels are sent using tracked delivery for peace of mind.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as each parcel is on its way.

Shipping Costs

We offer one flat‑rate delivery for all orders across Dolly & Co and Crafty Paws Club.
Each piece is carefully prepared in our studios and dispatched via a dependable courier. free delivery is available in the U.K. over £50.

Missing One of Your Parcels?

Don’t worry — it’s normal for the two parcels to arrive at different times.
If one seems delayed, just drop us a message and we’ll check the tracking for you.

Collection

Local collection is available exclusively for all Dolly & Co orders. We are based in Rotherham, S65.
Crafted Paws Club items are not eligible for collection and will be shipped only.

Collection is by appointment only so I can make sure your order is prepared and packaged beautifully. You will receive an email confirmation so please bring this with you. 

Orders must be collected from the Dolly & Co studio location in S65.
Full address and collection details will be provided once a time is arranged.
