What sizes do you offer?
Our collars come in Extra Small, Small, Medium and Large.
We also offer 20mm and 25mm widths — 20mm is ideal for small/medium dogs, and 25mm suits medium/large dogs.
All collars are fully adjustable.
How do I measure my dog?
Use a soft tape measure around the base of the neck where the collar naturally sits.
If your dog is between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort.
What collar width should I choose?
20mm Width — lightweight and perfect for small to medium dogs.
25mm Width — a chunkier, sturdier option for medium to large dogs.
What length are your leads?
Our standard leads are 1 metres, ideal for everyday walks and giving your dog a little freedom while staying close. We also offer 1.2metres. If you require a custom size we’re happy to help.
What materials do you use?
Our collars and leads are made using high‑quality webbing/biothane and durable hardware chosen for comfort, strength, and style.
Are your collars suitable for puppies?
Yes — just measure your puppy’s neck and choose a size with room to adjust as they grow.
Are your products washable?
Most items can be gently wiped clean with warm soapy water.
For fabric items, spot‑cleaning is recommended.
Can I personalise my order?
Yes — some items can be personalised.
The Crafted Paws Club offers beautiful personalised tags that can be added to your order.
If you’d like a name, initial, or custom detail you are unsure of just send us a message and we’ll let you know what’s possible. You can add your details to the drop down boxes on the products such as collars and tags where available.
Can I request a different width or length?
Yes of course! If you need a specific size, width, or lead length, send us a message — we’ll help if we can.
How will my order be packaged?
All orders from Dolly & Co are packed in our calm, boutique style using kraft packaging and cream filler.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes — all orders are sent with tracking for peace of mind.
Why do items go out of stock?
Everything is handmade in small batches.
Stock levels depend on materials and availability.
When will new items be added?
We add new pieces regularly in small batches.

Are your collars safe for strong pullers?
Our collars are sturdy, but we always suggest for heavy pullers pairing with a harness for extra safety. We have tested the strength to assure confidence.
Should I supervise my dog while wearing accessories?
Yes — for safety, dogs should always be supervised when wearing any accessory.
Who makes Dolly & Co products?
Everything is handmade in our small family studio in South Yorkshire.
You’ll also find beautiful pieces from the Crafted Paws Club studio based in Nottinghamshire on our website.
Can I personalise my pet’s tag?
Yes — all tags from Crafted Paws Club can be personalised. You can choose your pet’s name, initials, or a short phrase depending on the design.
What personalisation options are available?
Each tag style has its own options, but most allow:
• Pet name
• Phone number
• Initials
• Short phrases (e.g., “I’m microchipped”)
The product page will show exactly what can be added.
For Collars and Biothane products you can add a name or number or create your own.
How do I add my personalisation?
On the product page, you’ll see a Personalisation Box. Simply type the details exactly as you’d like them to appear. These are engraved and personalised by hand, so please double‑check spelling.
How long does personalisation take?
Each tag is handcrafted. Personalised items usually take 2–4 working days to make before dispatch as everything is made to order and crafted with care just for you.
Will my personalised tag arrive with the rest of my Dolly & Co order?
No, as we are 2 studios your order will be sent out separately.
What materials are the tags made from?
Each tag uses high‑quality, pet‑safe materials such as aluminium, stainless steel, or acrylic depending on the design. Each product page lists the exact material.
Are the tags durable?
Yes — they’re designed for everyday wear. They are hand‑finished to ensure it’s sturdy, smooth, and comfortable for your pet. Please be aware with any personalised item with water, harsh cleaning chemicals and aggressive use some wear may occur which is normal, but please read our care guide.
Can I return a personalised tag?
Because personalised items are made to order, they’re non‑returnable unless there’s a mistake on our end. If something isn’t right, just contact us and we’ll help.
How do I care for my pet’s tag?
A quick wipe with a soft cloth keeps it looking fresh. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbing to protect the finish.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the UK.
If you’re outside the UK and would like to order, message us and we’ll see what we can do. We do offer certain countries but shipping will defer. We only offer free delivery over £50 within the UK.
