What sizes do you offer?
Our collars come in Extra Small, Small, Medium and Large.
We also offer 20mm and 25mm widths — 20mm is ideal for small/medium dogs, and 25mm suits medium/large dogs.
All collars are fully adjustable.
How do I measure my dog?
Use a soft tape measure around the base of the neck where the collar naturally sits.
If your dog is between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort.
What collar width should I choose?
20mm Width — lightweight and perfect for small to medium dogs.
25mm Width — a chunkier, sturdier option for medium to large dogs.
What length are your leads?
Our standard leads are 1 metre, ideal for everyday walks and keeping your dog comfortably close. We also offer 1.2 metres. If you require a custom length, we’re happy to help where possible.
What materials do you use?
Our collars and leads are made using high-quality waterproof webbing/BioThane-style material and durable hardware chosen for comfort, strength and style.
Are your collars suitable for puppies?
Yes — just measure your puppy’s neck and choose a size with room to adjust as they grow.
Are your products washable?
Most walkwear and accessories can be gently wiped clean with warm soapy water. For fabric items, follow the care guidance on the product page.
Can I personalise my order?
Yes — selected Dolly & Co items can be personalised. Where personalisation is available, you’ll see the options on the product page. Please enter the details exactly as you’d like them to appear and double-check spelling before ordering. If you need something slightly different, send us a message and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Can I request a different width or length?
Yes, of course. If you need a specific size, width or lead length, send us a message and we’ll help if we can.
How will my order be packaged?
Dolly & Co orders are carefully packed in our boutique style, ready to arrive as a lovely little parcel for you and your pet.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes — all orders are sent with tracking for peace of mind and we offer FREE delivery over £40.
Why do items go out of stock?
Many of our pieces are handmade or prepared in small batches, so stock levels can depend on materials and availability.
When will new items be added?
We add new pieces regularly in small batches. Follow us on social media for updates and new launches.
Are your collars safe for strong pullers?
Our collars are made to be sturdy for everyday use, but for dogs that pull heavily we recommend using a suitable harness for additional control and safety.
Should I supervise my dog while wearing accessories?
Yes — for safety, dogs should always be supervised when wearing accessories, and items should be checked regularly for signs of wear.
Who makes Dolly & Co products?
Many of our handmade products are created in our small family studio in South Yorkshire, and we also carefully curate selected complementary pieces for the shop. Everything is chosen to fit the Dolly & Co style and everyday life with pets.
How long does personalisation take?
Personalised items may take a little longer to prepare because they are made especially for you. Please check the individual product page and our Shipping Information page for current dispatch guidance.
Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or we have made an error. Please see our Returns and Refunds page for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently focus primarily on UK delivery. Where international delivery is available, the options and cost will be shown at checkout. Free delivery over £40 applies within the UK only.
