Returns and Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We only accept returns on unused items that are faulty or a mistake has happened on our part within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging. As we are a handcrafted curated business each piece is individually created for you.
How do I start a return?
Just send us a message with your order number and we’ll guide you through the simple return process.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes on faulty goods or mistakes on our behalf — once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method.
Please allow a few days for your bank to process it. We do not accept returns on any jewellery.
Are personalised items returnable?
Personalised or custom‑made items (including Crafted Paws Club personalised tags) are non‑returnable unless they arrive faulty.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us straight away with a photo and your order number.
We’ll put it right as quickly as possible.
Do I need to pay for return postage?
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes — if you need a different size or width, message us and we’ll help arrange an exchange where possible, there will be postage costs.
