THE BEGINNING OF SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL

If you’d told us last month that we’d be here — building Dolly & Co together, packing orders, welcoming ambassadors, and watching this little dream take shape — we probably wouldn’t have believed you. What started as a quiet idea, something soft and personal, has slowly grown into something real. Something we’re proud of. Something that feels like home.

Dolly & Co was never meant to be rushed. It came from a place of healing, comfort, and needing something gentle to pour ourselves into. We wanted to create pieces that felt good to make and good to give — collars and leads that were practical, beautiful, and made with intention. Things that last. Things that feel like love.

Behind the scenes, it’s the two of us.
My husband handcrafts every collar and lead with care and precision — measuring, cutting, building, and making sure each piece is strong, safe, and made to last. And I bring the brand to life — the photography, the packaging, the website, the words, the little details that make Dolly & Co feel warm and familiar. Two roles, one vision.

And then it happened.
The first orders came in.

We still remember the feeling — that mix of excitement, disbelief, and gratitude. Seeing someone choose something we made with our own hands… it’s a feeling that never gets old. Every order still feels personal. Every parcel still feels like a little piece of our heart being wrapped up and sent out into the world.

As Dolly & Co grew, something else began to take shape: our ambassador family.

We didn’t want a big, flashy program. We wanted something warm, genuine, and rooted in connection. People who truly love their dogs, who understand the heart behind the brand, and who want to be part of something small and special. When the first ambassadors joined, it felt like the brand suddenly had a heartbeat. Real dogs, real people, real stories — all woven into our journey.

Some days are slow. Some days are overwhelming. Some days we sit with Dolly beside us and just breathe it all in — the fact that this is happening, that people are choosing us, that this little brand is finding its place.

And through it all, one thing has stayed the same:
We want Dolly & Co to feel like comfort.

For the dogs who wear our pieces.
For the people who choose them.
For anyone who finds a bit of softness in what we create.

This is only the beginning, but it already feels like something special.
